If you're using a PC, I'd say use the QuickRestore CD, but that'd wipe every single other custom-installed thing on your computer besides the fonts. +)
Oh, and don't do something weird like select all>delete all the fonts in your folder, planning to load the originals from your backup source. A computer without fonts is pretty well f---ed, since it has no way to display information.
